I didn't receive my item, what do I do?

Check the tracking code we sent via email, and see the status of your order, and where it is at the moment. If you somehow didn't receive a tracking code, make sure to contact us, and we'll provide you with it.

The item I received doesn't fit my size, what should I do?

It's up to you to choose if you'd like to receive an item that would fit your size, or take a full refund. Once you make your decision, contact us, and we will make sure you get what you want.

The product I received is damaged, What to do?

You'll need to contact us in this case to get our warehouse address, and then you'll have to send the item back to us. Once we receive it, we will issue a full refund. If you'd like to replace the item, we will send a replacemet as soon as we verify the status of the shipment.
